You can export a report in PDF (portable document format) or HTML (web page) format.  With these two formats you are able to...

• attach either to an email and send it to someone
• open the HTML file in Excel to modify the report (start Excel and then select File, then Open to open your saved HTML file)

Export a report

1. Open the Main Menu, click on Reports under Roster.
2. Click on one of the available reports.
3. Click on View report button at the top.
4. Click on the Publish to... button.
5. Select HTML or PDF
6. Save to your computer. Control-S on Windows PC computers and Command-S on Macintosh computers.
