Easy Entry 5.0

Easy Entry integrates with Handicap System and is fully network compatible. Easy Entry is used by golf clubs and organizations that want their membership to enter their own scores. Each golfer can post scores, view handicaps, and optionally print an individual report. You can setup a computer at the club house and run this program. When a golfer finishes a round, he can walk up to the computer, type in his score, and get an immediate printout of his scores and projected handicap.

Easy Entry is easy to use and assumes a novice user. It was written and tested with people unfamiliar with the computer. All the golfer has to do is type his ID#, score and press ENTER. If he has played a course/tee/date other than the default, he can easily select the appropriate entry. The golfer also has an option to print out his handicap report on the spot. Any number of rosters and golfers can be accessed, both 18 and 9 hole rosters. Scores can be entered hole-by-hole or totals only. Multiple tees and courses can also be accessed. The way the program operates can be completely customized by you to meet your organization's exact needs.

Note: No special equipment is required to run Easy Entry. It can run on the same computer as Handicap System or from multiple computers which access Handicap System across a network. Easy Entry is designed for people unfamiliar with computers - so they can easily add in their own scores to update Handicap System's database, without being able to alter other golfer's info, revise other golfer's handicaps, etc.
