Post Your Scores

Score entry mode

Your golf group's Administrator sets how players post scores. If you have a question about how you are able to enter scores, please contact your Administrator rather than GolfSoftware.com. Here are the three choices an Administrator has:

Steps to add a score

Once you have logged in to your account, it is very easy to see your scoring history.

  1. Click on the Scores tab.

  2. Select the "Quick Entry (Total)" tab to enter just the total Adjusted Gross Score (AGS). If you don't know what your AGS is, select the "Detailed Entry (Hole by Hole)" tab to enter hole-by-hole and the AGS will be calculated automatically.

  3. Place the dot to designate the score as an 18- or 9-hole score (see images above).

  4. Select or enter the date your golf round was played.

  5. Select the course where you played for this score. If the course name is not in the drop-down list, click on the button labeled "More courses..." and then on the "Select" link to the left of the course you want to add to your drop-down list.

  6. Select the set of tees that you played from.

  7. Enter your AGS or hole-by-hole scores.

  8. Select Score type.

  9. Click either of the buttons labeled "Save & add another" or "Save", depending on whether you have more scores to post or you are finished.

What if the course I played is not in list?

You may get to Step 5 above and cannot find the course you played in the drop down list. If so, proceed in one of two ways:

Option 1

  1. From the Course drop-down menu (green circle #1 below image), select "(Course not in list) Enter course info..."
  2. Fill in the yellow boxes (see image below)
  3. Click on Save button

Option 2

  1. Click the button labeled "More courses..." (green circle #2 below image)
  2. Search for your course
  3. If you find it, click on the Select link to add it to your drop-down menu list
  4. If you don't find the course you played, use Option 1 above
