Inserting Links in Existing, Document and Spreadsheet Page Types

  1. While in one of these three page types, go to Insert menu and select Hyperlink or type Ctrl+k (hold Ctrl key and type "k"). The Insert menu of the Document page is slightly different from the Existing and Spreadsheet page types.

  2. Fill in the information on the "Insert Hyperlink" window. Type in the "Text to display." If you are linking to a web page on your website, find the web page on your website in the "Link to page in your website" area and doubleclick on it or highlight it and click OK. If you want to link to a web page on another website, type in the "Text to display" and then type in the "Web Address" such as http://www.usga.org and click OK.
