You probably have these cells set in Excel as decimal numbers; Website Designer formats them that way when you import.

Solution: Set all cells as Text in Excel so Website Designer will not format the number.

In Microsoft Excel...

1. Click on row 0, column 0 box to highlight all cells or click and drag to highlight all relevant cells.
2. Select Cells option on Format menu.
3. Set Category to Text..click OK.
4. Save Excel file and import to Website Designer
