How do I put my members on the web for the first time?
  1. Go to Website Entry. Pull down the Internet menu and select, Website Entry (Synchronize ‘Web’ data with ‘Local’ data). The Website Entry form will appear.

  2. Select which roster(s) to place on the web. Click the Setup Options tab. Double-click a roster and check the option to Put roster on web for internet access.  Also enter your organization’s name, phone and email address. This information appears on the web pages your members will see.

  3. Select the course(s) to appear on your website. Click the Setup Options tab. Double-click to select/unselect a course. To the right of the courses, choose an 18 hole and/or 9 hole default course. The course you select will be the default course when a new score is posted.

  4. Set other options. Click the Setup Options 2 tab for other options.

  5. Place your information on the web.  Click the Synchronize (Upload/Download data) tab. Click the Synchronize ‘Web’ data with ‘Local’ data button. Your information will be placed on the web.
