Adding an Attachment


You can attach a file to any email you send.


Example: You could save the event results report as an HTML (web page) file and send it by email to all members.


Sending an Email with an Attachment


  1. Create an email.


  1. Click on the Attachments tab. Two more buttons - Attach File and Detach File(s) will appear.


  1. Click the "Attach File" button or select "Attach a file" from the Tools menu. The "Get file to attach" window appears.


  1. Find the file you want to attach, highlight it, and click the Open button.


  1. The file you selected to attach now appears in the box.


  1. Click on Send Email(s) button.
